You may request a return or exchange within 60 days of delivery.
What can be returned
We accept returns and exchanges for new or lightly used products, including change-of-mind returns and products with defects or quality issues. Contact us within 60 days after delivery to request a return.
Start with an email
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item model and the reason for the request. For a defect or quality issue, describe the problem. Our support team will provide the return mailing address. Please contact us before sending anything back; the dispatch address is not automatically the return address.
Return postage
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return postage. For a product defect or quality issue, VBMNJK pays the return postage. Contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate return instructions.
Exchanges
Contact us by email to arrange an exchange. We provide the return address, and arrange the replacement after the returned product has been received.
Refunds
We arrange your refund within 7 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds go back to the original payment method used for the order.
Order changes or cancellation requests
Email us with your order number as soon as possible. Contacting us does not itself confirm an order change or cancellation. Once an item has been dispatched, follow the return process above.
