Where we ship
We ship to United States, Canada, European countries. Orders are dispatched from our business address: 57-EATONRD TYLERTOWN MS 39667-6013.
Processing and transit
Order processing takes 2–5 business days. We process orders on business days only, not weekends. Estimated transit time is 15–30 calendar days after dispatch. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Shipping charges
Free shipping applies when your order includes at least 2 selling units and the product subtotal is $50.99 or more. Both conditions must be met. One selling unit does not qualify for free shipping. A case counts as one selling unit, not the number of items inside it. Orders that do not meet both conditions have a flat shipping charge of $5.99.
Tracking your parcel
We send the tracking number by email after dispatch. For a delayed, missing or damaged shipment, email us with your order number and tracking details so we can look into it.
Taxes and duties
Product prices include taxes and import duties. You do not need to pay additional taxes or duties on your purchase.
Changing the delivery address
Email us while your order is being processed to request an address change. Once the parcel has been dispatched, we cannot change the address. VBMNJK is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
